1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Get Sharp Academy (Pty) Ltd websites and services, including www.getsharp.co.za, www.getsharp.me, and www.ebac.co.za, owned and operated by Get Sharp Academy (Pty) Ltd (Registration Number: 2024/215917/07). By accessing these sites, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

2. Subscription & Access

2.1 Get Sharp - High School Accounting

  • Access to online accounting courses (Grades 8-12) is subject to a valid paid annual subscription.
  • Annual subscriptions are paid monthly over a 10-month period (March to December) aligned with the South African school calendar.
  • Access is restricted to the registered user only; account sharing is prohibited and may result in suspension without refund.

2.2 Elevate Business Academy

  • Access to e-learning courses, compliance tools, legal templates, and AI applications is subject to a valid paid monthly recurring subscription.
  • Access is restricted to the registered user only; account sharing is prohibited and may result in suspension without refund.

2.3 Institutional Partnerships

  • White-label and institutional training programs are governed by separate agreements between Get Sharp Academy (Pty) Ltd and the partner institution.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including courses, web applications, downloads, graphics, templates, documents, and branding, remains the exclusive property of Get Sharp Academy (Pty) Ltd. No reproduction, distribution, or reverse-engineering is allowed without written consent.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Subscription fees are charged monthly via PayFast or Netcash payment gateways.
  • A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to new subscribers who have not made use of more than 10% of the content.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts for violation of these Terms, including abuse, illegal use, or unauthorized content distribution.

6. Limitation of Liability

Get Sharp Academy (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on course content, tools, or legal templates. All content is provided "as is" for educational use only.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the Western Cape, South Africa.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
